1. All Sales are Final: Once you make a purchase, it's yours to keep. We don't offer returns or exchanges on products.
2. Double-Check Your Order: Before you complete your order, please take a moment to verify that everything is correct. Once your order is marked as shipped, we won't be able to make any adjustments.
3. Get Approval for Returns: If you encounter any issues and need to return a product, reach out to our team at dripcolor.export@gmail.com. Please don't return anything without our approval, as it helps us provide you with the best support.
4. Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we've got you covered. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product, and provide us with some photos showing the damage. We'll handle each claim with care and determine if it qualifies for credit or refund.
5. Orders Returned by Carrier/Customs: If the carrier or customs officials return the product to us due to an address issue or any restrictions in your country, and the product is still unopened and in its original condition, we'll issue a refund for the product itself. However, shipping and handling costs won't be refunded in this case.
On the other hand, if the carrier returns the product due to an issue created by Dripcolor, we'll take responsibility and reship your order at no additional cost.
